Liam started his career as a Youth Trends Strategist in the UK in the 1990’s. Then he learned the craft of research and strategy at the leading agencies in New York. He applies robust practices to a sense of joie de vivre for this sorely misunderstood demographic.

He’s made films for Bill Gates, had White House Chiefs of Staff at his research debriefs and been quoted in the Wall Street Journal. That sounds cool but what’s better is helping brands large and small use research and strategy to make stuff cool and more engaging.

His aging inspiration: his dad who was born in 1930’s England, was gifted Jazz records from African-American servicemen during WWII and could not be shocked by any music Liam played him as a 1980’s teen including some very dark Goth.

Steve first discover marketing research by testing new candy and fragrances as an intern in the 90s. He loves talking with people and problem solving - and free candy - so he found his career at a young age.

Steve is an experienced quantitative and qualitative researcher who has held leadership positions at several research and strategy firms.

Steve’s research passion is helping clients develop clever methodologies and creative techniques to learn about consumer needs and behaviors - such as leveraging the influence of Gen Flux, even when researching other generations.

Steve has helped develop qualitative and quantitative research approaches that have helped drive product, advertising and brand strategies across a wide range of clients in various categories including tech, retail, grocery, CPG, financial services, travel and automotive.

Outside of work, Steve is an avid sports fan and co-founder Liam would not think the music he liked in the 80s was cool.
